Il Crocicchio is a beautiful, small development of 11 apartments and 12 hotel rooms situated in a pretty valley just 5 km from the pretty town of Reggello, which has a good train service to Florence, 30 km away. Well managed and tastefully converted from an old farm, Crocicchio stands in lovely grounds amid vineyards and olive groves, with spectacular views all around, offering peace and relaxation with a high standard of accommodation and amenities. There are many walks in the area, and bikes can also be hired from reception, whilst horseriding is available nearby. As well as a large swimming pool, children’s pool and play area in the gardens, there is also an excellent restaurant here which is popular with both guests and locals, and breakfast may also be taken here (payable locally). Bar service available.

La Torricella is an old Tuscan farmhouse that has been most attractively converted into 11 one bedroomed apartments, sharing a large swimming pool. Set in extensive grounds with lovely views over the countryside and nearby olive groves and vineyards, they are situated just 1.5 km from the small village of Santomato(with a limited number of small shops and bars), whilst nearby attractions include the towns of Montale (5km) Pistoia (6 km), Montecatini (13 km), Lucca (55 km), Florence (32 km) and Viareggio (75 km). Ideal for couples or a smaller family, Torricella is very peaceful and is an excellent base for exploring this part of Tuscany. Bicycles can be hired from reception.

All apartments are on the ground floor with their own terrace or garden. Lounge with air conditioning, sofabed for 2 children, TV. Kitchen area with hob/oven, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Double bedroom and shower/WC.

This beautifully converted farmhouse is situated on a hill in the countryside, 1.5 km from the small village of Santomato and 6 km from the garden city of Pistoia. There are wonderful panoramic views over the valley towards Florence, 30 km away, whilst the large swimming pool and sun terraces are situated approx 30 metres away in front of the villa, bordered by olive groves. Attractively furnished and well equipped, this is a most comfortable villa in idyllic surroundings, within easy reach of Tuscany’s most popular attractions.

Main house: Kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge/diner with fireplace and TV. Upstairs are three air conditioned double bedrooms, and a full bathroom. A further double bedroom with air conditioning, its own entrance and shower/WC is located just opposite the front door. Large garden with BBQ and dining terrace at rear. Annexe: (only opened for bookings of 7 or 8 people) approx. 20m from the cottage and reached by steps, this consists of a large double bedroom with fridge, TV and shower/WC.
