Villa Jean is a most comfortable and tastefully decorated villa, situated in a quiet residential area of 'Cumbre del Sol' on a hillside 5 km from the village of Benitachell, between the resorts of Moraira and Javea (8 km from either). There are shops 500m away, and the nearest restaurant is 2km. There are superb views of the coastline from the terraces and balconies. The kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2m) is bordered by sun terraces with a BBQ, and a few steps lead to a mature garden with trees for shade. Bright and spacious, with comfortable modern furnishings, this is a very popular villa.

This comfortable, spacious villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Moravit, just 1.5 km from the beach and resort centre of Moraira, with shops and restaurants within 5-10 min walk, so it offers a peaceful location with easy access to all amenities. The villa has a splendid terrace area bordering the kidney shaped swimming pool with BBQ. There are panoramic views of Moraira and partial sea views from the covered veranda. Car hire is recommended, although the convenient location may mean you do not have to use a car all the time.

Los Limoneros is a small, pretty villa in a peaceful residential area just 1 km from the village of Moraira and 300m from the beach, bars and restaurants. It is an ideal villa for anyone who does not wish to use their car all time, thanks to its convenient location within walking distance to all amenities. The kidney shaped swimming pool is bordered by sun terraces with garden furniture, sun beds and parasol, poolside shower and BBQ, whilst the garden area is mostly gravel.

One storey. Eight steps lead up to a shaded veranda overlooking the pool area.
