Cel Gotmar is a group of superb quality semi detached villas in a very private small development of houses built into the hillside with unsurpassed views of the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty five luxury villas sharing three different swimming pools which are on different levels. Reached by a steep driveway through electronic gates, each house has its own parking space and offers exceptional standards of decor and comfort, including air conditioning (at no extra charge) in all main rooms and quite superb panoramic views.

It is approx 10 min walk downhill to a small number of restaurants and a supermarket, whilst the beach and many amenities of Puerto Pollensa are just 2km away. Historic Pollensa Town, with its beautiful squares, fine restaurants and golf club, is just 4 km away.

Each house is semi detached with a large front terrace with sunbeds. The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge/dining area with flat screen satellite TV, CD and DVD players, plus patio doors opening onto the terrace with stunning views of Puerto Pollensa and the sea. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. Villa Encinas Son Toni is an impressive, very comfortable and well equipped villa set in spacious and exceptionally pretty lawned gardens with a large private pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2.2m with roman steps) and BBQ area in a quiet residential area midway between the old historic towns of Alcudia and Pollensa (approx. 8 km to either), whilst the beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are 9 km and 14 km respectively. The nearest shops and restaurants are just 5 min drive away. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated, offering lots of space and privacy for guests looking for a superior holiday home.

Villa Font March is set on the edge of a wood of fragrant pine and oak trees, just behind the popular residential area of La Font, 2.5 km from the shops and restaurants of historic Pollensa and 6 km from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Villa La Sort is a charming and homely semi-detached villa, handily situated just 1km from the shops, squares and restaurants of old Pollensa Town and 6 km from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa, set back from the old Pollensa to Alcudia country road. The adjacent house is at the back of La Sort, so there are no shared areas and this villa is pleasantly private, but within easy reach of the shops and restaurants. With mature gardens, sun terraces, private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with steps) and outdoor kitchen/dining terrace/BBQ area, La Sort is ideal for outdoor living, but the inside of the main house is very pleasantly furnished, well equipped and comfortable, with the added advantage of air conditioning.
