Its mature gardens afford the villa much privacy whilst relaxing, sunbathing or using the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 1.7m, with ladder - pool heated in winter).

Open and covered terraces together with a built in barbecue and seating enable you to relax in style and enjoy the privacy. Inside, Villa Mimosa is spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

An archway leads through to the dining room and 3 French doors open out onto the covered patio area and dining terrace overlooking the pool; well equipped kitchen including electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, dishwasher and washing machine; 2 twin bedrooms; 1 full bathroom; master double bedroom with French doors opening onto the terrace and an en suite bathroom.

Maid service is provided twice weekly, linen changed weekly. Pool is heated between Nov - April. Pool heating can be pre-booked for holidays in May - October at a cost of £12 per day.

Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.

This charming recently refurbished three bedroom, three bath villa is located in the delightful “clifftop” area in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. The harbour, with its traditional bars and restaurants, is approx. 10 minute stroll and the main resort with its sandy beaches and nightlife can also be easily reached. The “clifftop” walk is just yards away from the villa, and takes you along the coastal route with fantastic views to the very popular marina of Puerto Calero.

This spacious bungalow style villa is brightly decorated and comfortably furnished throughout, with plenty of light filtering through from the patio doors which lead you to the swimming pool area and covered terraces.

The entrance hall is filled with an abundance of natural sun light coming from the large sky light above the beautiful indoor garden situated at the heart of the villa and leads to the three bedrooms as well as the lounge/dining room, with 2 four seater sofas, satellite TV (reasonable choice of English channels including BBC & ITV), DVD and CD player, plus patio doors leading to a large covered dining terrace with BBQ overlooking the pool. Modern fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kfridge/freezer, washing machine,dishwasher, breakfast bar with 4 stools. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with wet room. Further twin and double bedrooms, plus a full bathroom and furthewr shower/WC.

The 8 x 4 (min depth 1.15m max depth 2.00m) swimming pool, which is heated during the winter months has metal steps and is surrounded by both open and covered terraces with sun loungers, patio furniture and mature border gardens. At the BBQ area there is also an attractive seating area for dining al fresco. Pool heating also available between May - Oct for an extra charge of £12 per day.

The villa is alarmed and has a safety deposit box. There is also ample space for off road parking.
