Villa Celle is a charming cottage set in lovely grounds on a wine estate, with outstanding views over the stunning countryside around San Gimignano (7 km away). The small village of Ulignano, with a limited selection of shops, is just 4 km. The superb 16 metre swimming pool is a real bonus here – this is for the exclusive use of villa guests if both the cottage and annexe are booked together. If the cottage only is booked, the annexe may be let independently by the owners so there may be 2 or 3 other guests using the pool and sun terraces.

Cottage: this cosy accommodation is ideal for a couple or small family, as the rooms are quite small. Pergola covered dining terrace with BBQ leads into a kitchen/diner with full cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Lounge with TV and DVD. One double and one twin bedroom, shower/WC.

Annexe: approx. 30m from the cottage and reached by steps, this consists of a twin bedroom with fridge, TV and shower/WC.

Cleaning and linen change weekly. Pool open from 1 May -15 Oct. Breakage deposit of €150 to be paid locally.

Saturday changeover.
