This attractive, whitewashed villa is set in a peaceful location with spacious private grounds in the countryside of rolling pine-clad hills, just 2.5km from the pretty village of San Juan (with a good choice of shops and restaurants). The attractive family resort of Portinatx is 9km away, whilst the nearest beaches of Cala San vicente and Benirras are both 6-7 min drive away. Ibiza Town is 20-25 min drive away and Santa Eulalia is approx 12-15 min drive. This is the ''other side'' of Ibiza and is very peaceful, although the nightlife of San Antonio and Ibiza town are reachable should you have the energy or desire!

San Juan is a traditional village with reasonable amenities and really comes to life for its local fiesta on 23-24 June each year. As well as fireworks, there are 9 traditional bonfires which brave (or foolhardy!) locals attempt to leap over.

Villa Sa Coloma is a spacious, comfortable house set in a mature and verdant garden. The private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 2m, with roman steps) is bordered by sun terraces with superb views over the hills and countryside.

Two storeys. Split level, open plan lounge / dining room with wood burning stove, TV and CD player, plus small balcony. Kitchen/breakfast room with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, plus door to vine covered dining terrace with BBQ. A few steps lead up to one double and one twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom. More steps (without handrail)lead to a twin with ensuite shower/WC and door to roof terrace, with further exterior steps down to the garden. A further double bedroom with shower/WC is separate from the main house with its own entrance, ideal for teenagers or grandparents.

Cleaning and linen change are provide weekly.

Please note: roof terrace has low walls but has fences for safety.
